We embarked on a project to build a second story to our house to cater for our growing family. We consulted a number of perspective builders and upon reading the testimonials from SmartReno we made our choice. Flexible & Accommodating
Pedram and the team from SmartReno did a fantastic job building a covered deck for our classrooms. The completed job is beautiful and their flexibility during the build was exceptional. The team had to work in with a class of 3 to 6 year olds in the adjoining class room for two months and were very accommodating in so many ways, from when noisy work was carried out to assisting in class projects. Safety was high on our list of requirements and the team exceeded in this area.

After meeting many unprofessional builders (getting quotes) for our renovation, we took on Pedram Shafigh. Right from the start, Pedram showed a standard of high quality service. Through the whole building process we did not have any stress because Pedram was always on time, easy to contact and we felt safe leaving our home in his care. His genuine politeness is something that most trade persons lack. Our renovations involved a raised floor in an existing garage to accommodate a large walk in robe, master bedroom and large Ensuite. Pedram carried out extensive renovations on our property including removal of asbestos, structural alterations, installation of new kitchen and wardrobe as well as new front entrance. All works was carried out in a professional manner and coordination of trades were timely with little delay. The budget came in under quote. We would recommend Pedram for any renovation

There were no delays, the site was always left clean, everyone was on-time. Pedram’s project management was excellent – he was always in communication with us about the status of the job, very professional and organised, readily helped us make decisions and immediately rectified any issues.
