Red Hill – Two Storey Extension
Algester – Second Storey Addition
Annerley – Lift and Build Under
This was a major project which involved the lifting of the old home and supporting it with steel posts from a concrete slab under. The old house had to be stripped of asbestos before any work could proceed. Once leared, building under started with a new kitchen, living and dining area, laundry and powder room and the building of a formal entry.
Kenmore Hills – Elevated Deck and Facelift
This project involved removing the existing elevated balcony from around three sides of the house and replacing with a new timber deck and outdoor living area with an insulated panel flyover roof to ensure comfort on the hottest of days.

Kitchen Extension Project
Kitchen Renovation Project
Here we extended the existing kitchen and laid hardwood flooring, prior to the installation of new cabinetry, stone benchtop and appliances
Bathroom Renovation Project
The brief was to renovate 2 bathrooms and an ensuite whilst keeping one of the facilities operational for the family. The result was floor to ceiling tiling, beautiful fittings and frameless and semi frameless shower screens to complete the duo.
This project was an ongoing sequence of different projects. To start with the existing old and dated asbestos sheet cladding on the outside of the house was removed and replaced with a new and modern looking chamfer board, which updated the place considerably.
Deck and Outdoors Area Project
At the front of the house the old, ugly roof was removed to make way for a new and modern look roof to create a sheltered portico area. The old front door was removed and replaced with an old door from one of the parents places. The aged door was restored to look as new. Now positioned at the house entrance with side panel windows it adds a lovely inviting feature to the front of the house.
Teenage Retreat Project
This build was all about giving a teenager a retreat and improving some elements of the existing home. A 40m2 slab was poured onto which was constructed a spacious room including its own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
