Pedram has 20 years of experience in Building and Construction industry. He started out as a drafter stepping through different roles and gaining first-hand experience on drafting, detailing, estimation, planning, resource management, site supervision and project management; both overseas and in Australia with leading companies such as WATPAC and Tenix (Downer Utilities). He has been involved in a wide variety of residential and commercial, airport terminals, railway stations and civil projects. Pedram’s extensive experience is backed up by his civil engineering degree. He is a member of Engineers Australia and always asks for superior finished product in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer’s specification. Pedram also holds a certificate IV in workplace health and safety which means there is, “no compromise on safety!”
Maziar is a Project Management Professional certified by Project Management Institute, PMI with over 18 years’ experience in project management project planning and project coordination. After completing his M.Sc. in 1999, Maziar worked as Project Coordinator, Site Engineer, Project Engineer and Project Manager in a variety of different Construction projects Maziar as one of the Company directors ensures that all project management processes required for a building renovation/extension project are followed thoroughly from initiation phase to close-out and closely monitors projects Key Performance Indexes e.g. scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk indexes to ensure project objectives are accomplished and client expectations are met.

Chris is a qualified carpenter with a Certificate IV in Construction and over 11 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. After completing his apprenticeship in 2009, Chris worked on a variety of different projects including: town houses, steel and timber frames, new homes, split level (up to 5 levels), renovations, extensions, industrial projects, service station conversions, architectural builds, shop fitting, units and supervisory roles. He has worked on many projects with town planners, engineers, certifiers, architects and high end clients. Chris has also completed courses in polyethylene plastic pipeline welding & electrofusion polyethylene welding.

Matthew has over 9 years’ experience in the building industry, including all aspects of carpentry, heavy framing, new houses and renovations. He has a particular interest in Old Queenslanders, fine timber work and how design/architecture transforms a home. Matthew’s role with Smith & Sons Indooroopilly involves all aspects of carpentry and working closely with the team onsite to ensure each and every project is completed to the highest of standards.

Paul has been working in and out of the building industry for the past 26 years. He has worked with several builders, plumbers and concreters in domestic, commercial and industrial environments. Paul also had his own successful handyman business for over 6 years. As a skilled labourer with Smith & Sons Indooroopilly, Paul helps out on site lending a hand (he is a jack of all trades) and follows most jobs to completion. He is able to liaise with owners, suppliers and other trades to ensure a seamless building experience.
