Pedram has over 25 years of experience in the Building and Construction industry. He started out in 1992 as a drafter while he was studying civil engineering. In 1996, after finishing his degree, Pedram began as a site engineer, stepping through different roles and gaining first-hand experience on detailing, estimation, planning, resource management, site supervision and project management; both overseas and in Australia with leading companies such as WATPAC and Tenix (Downer Utilities). He has been involved in a wide variety of residential and commercial, airport terminals, railway stations and civil projects. Pedram acts as principal builder for SmartReno, holding a QBCC License (1302285). He always asks for superior finished product in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer’s specification. He also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety which means there is, “no compromise on safety!”

Flexible & Accommodating
Pedram and the team from SmartReno did a fantastic job building a covered deck for our classrooms. The completed job is beautiful and their flexibility during the build was exceptional. The team had to work in with a class of 3 to 6 year olds in the adjoining class room for two months and were very accommodating in so many ways, from when noisy work was carried out to assisting in class projects. We are very pleased to be able to say that we engaged the services of Pedram, of SmartReno, for a major reno/build on a 1938 Queensland that was in need of a lot of TLC. We embarked on a project to build a second story to our house to cater for our growing family. We consulted a number of perspective builders and upon reading the testimonials from SmartReno we made our choice.
