Pedram has 20 years of experience in Building and Construction industry. He started out as a drafter stepping through different roles and gaining first-hand experience on drafting, detailing, estimation, planning, resource management, site supervision and project management; both overseas and in Australia with leading companies such as WATPAC and Tenix (Downer Utilities). He has been involved in a wide variety of residential and commercial, airport terminals, railway stations and civil projects. Pedram’s extensive experience is backed up by his civil engineering degree. He is a member of Engineers Australia and always asks for superior finished product in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer’s specification. Pedram also holds a certificate IV in workplace health and safety which means there is, “no compromise on safety!”

Maziar is a Project Management Professional certified by Project Management Institute, PMI with over 18 years’ experience in project management project planning and project coordination. After completing his M.Sc. in 1999, Maziar worked as Project Coordinator, Site Engineer, Project Engineer and Project Manager in a variety of different Construction projects Maziar as one of the Company directors ensures that all project management processes required for a building renovation/extension project are followed thoroughly from initiation phase to close-out and closely monitors projects Key Performance Indexes e.g. scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk indexes to ensure project objectives are accomplished and client expectations are met.
